We produced 1,300 bottles of this wine from the Portalegre sub-region, from vineyards located in the Serra de São Mamede. Displays citrine color. In the nose, reveals a fruity and intense aroma. In the mouth it’s harmonious, smooth, with a fresh and mineral finish.

Vineyards
Traditional “Gobelet” training system. Old vines with an average age of 100 years. Schist soils with some granitic outcrops.
Grape Varieties
Arinto, Fernão Pires, Bical, Roupeiro, Malvasia and Tamarez.
Vinification
Harvest by hand in “field blend”. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement tank (Nomblot Egg) and aged for 6 months in 500L French oak barrels.
Longevity
5 to 10 years.
